Scouts NewEngland (SNE) is the Largest Regional BSA Scouting Web Site and Interactive Regional Scouting E-mail Group in all of New England. We cover everything that's going on in Scouting for 22 BSA Councils in the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
The SNE web site has a calendar of special regional events, leader training sessions, information on every BSA Council, BSA owned camp, OA lodges, plus many other great Scouting resources that will help your unit program. Our SNE Home Page
All Scout leaders are also invited to join our FREE Scouting E-mail List Group called the "Scouts NewEngland Network" (SNE_NET). Our members communicate with each other 7-days-a-week on a personal, unit and council level. You can get new ideas, compare notes on your unit and council program, discuss problems and find solutions. You'll learn about all the latest regional Scouting news, make friends and contacts, and be able to ask questions and talk about anything Scouting related.
We have members from 37 different states and 8 countries who share their Scouting knowledge with each other every day. So you don't have to live in one of New England's six states to find what we share useful. Our E-mail group is like a 24 hour, seven days a week Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader Roundtable Meeting.
One of the beauties of our E-mail List Group is as a member you will have three choices of how you receive the information we share. You can receive Individual E-mails or a Daily E-mail Digest (all messages in a single E-mail file) or receive NO E-mail at all and read them all on our E-mail group web site. All our SNE_NET messages are now stored in a seachable Online Archive, so as a member you can browse them anytime.
To Join our E-mail group you can fill out an online registration form.
